QB Battle? J.P. Los.....man!!!!

OUCH!!! Did J.P. Losman just get "Bledsoed?"

News that normally wouldn't reach beyond the upstate of New York, is now reaching the far edges of NFL nation.

J.P. Losman is not starting for the Buffalo Bills this coming weekend. Losman took a vicious elbow to the knee against the Patriots back on Sept. 23. The blow was intentional, of which Vince Wilfork received a hefty fine from the league.

Citing concerns about Losman's health (not at 100%), the coaching staff of the Bills elected to go with Edwards who continued to take the snaps during today's practice. Trent has definitely caught the eye of management with his 22 for 28 performance against the division rival J-E-T-S, JETS, JETS, JETS.

FANTASY IMPACT: To be honest, I do not think this is the right decision now... but who the heck am I to say, I just blog about fantasy sports... I wear a headset, but only to take phone calls cuz' I am too lazy to use the handset. I am afraid that this downgrades the whole offense initially (this year) but may have great long term effects. The fact of the matter is, the Bills offense at this point is like riding a bike without a chain... "yer goin' nowhere....FAST!" I expect Lee Evans to step it up regardless as well as Lynch to continue to grow as a starting rookie running back. Here is a chance, if you have a weak QB on the bench, to snag someone with great, quick, precise, decision-making skills (78.5% passer rating, best since Kelly). If you are confident that Losman is done this year....then get'em while you can...just pay attention to Losman and his health progressions... I just don't by that Trent starts the rest of the year, just until Losman is healthy.
